Terms
The deal, in plain language.
No legal maze. This is what you're agreeing to when you buy a Forevermore gift.
Last updated July 2026.
Paying for a gift
You pay once per gift, when you make one. There's no subscription and no recurring fee. Prices are shown on the pricing section of the site, and payment is handled by Paddle, our payment provider and seller of record. Once a gift is paid for, it's yours to build, send, and keep.
If you buy a bundle, you get gift credits. They're yours to use whenever you like, and they never expire.
Custom builds
A custom build is a world we design and make by hand around your idea. Custom builds start at $250, and the final price is quoted to your idea before anything is decided, so you always know the number up front.
Here is how it works. We talk it through with you across three calls, and we shape the world together over three build rounds, so you can steer it as it comes to life. You pay half at the start and the other half after the final call, once you have seen the finished world.
Handmade takes time. A custom build usually takes about three weeks, so if you are working toward a date, start early and we will make sure it is ready when the day comes.
Refunds
We want you to love what you make. Because every gift and every custom build is personal and put together for you, we don't offer automatic refunds.
If something isn't right, write to us at support@getforevermore.co and we'll work it out with you. When a refund is the right answer, Paddle issues it, since they're our seller of record.
Your account
To build a gift you'll set up an account with a name and email address. Please keep those details accurate, so we can reach you about your gifts and your receipts.
Your login is yours. Keep it to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has gotten into your account.
What you add to a gift
The photos, words, and music you put in a gift should be yours, or something you have permission to use. That part matters, because you're the one sharing it with someone.
Everything you upload stays yours. You're not signing it over to us. You give us only the permission we need to run the gift: to store your files, process them (like resizing a photo so it loads quickly), and show them to the people you share the gift with. Nothing beyond that.
What stays ours
Forevermore itself, the templates, the worlds, the code, and the artwork, is ours, and it stays ours. When you buy a gift, you're buying the finished experience we build around your memories, not the template underneath it. Please don't copy, resell, or take apart the templates themselves.
Keeping gifts kind and lawful
Please keep gifts kind and lawful. Don't use Forevermore for anything illegal, abusive, or meant to harm someone.
We may take down content that breaks the law, that's abusive, or that we're legitimately required to remove. We'd always rather talk it through first, but we can act when we need to.
You're responsible for what you choose to put in a gift, and for who you share the link or access code with. If something in a gift is private, it's up to you to decide who sees it.
Keeping the service running
We work hard to keep Forevermore up, and we want published gifts to stay online for the long haul. But we can't promise the service will never go down or that everything will be perfect every second. Forevermore is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
If we ever had to discontinue the service, we wouldn't just switch it off. We'd give you notice and a way to save your content first.
Our responsibility to you
We're a small company doing our honest best. To the extent the law allows, if something goes wrong on our end, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us. We're not able to cover indirect losses or knock-on costs beyond that.
None of this takes away rights you already have under the law where you live.
Changes to these terms
Sometimes we'll need to update these terms, for example when we add something new to Forevermore. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and we'll flag anything meaningful rather than slip it past you.
